We’ve designed the Rental Planner application in the DGL Factor to respect your privacy and secure your data. The App is supported by members - we don’t believe in selling your data to any third-party services, showing you ads/special offers, or annoying you with tricks or pop-ups.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time as new features are developed. Whenever we make changes to this privacy policy, the changes are effective immediately after we post the updated privacy policy (as indicated at the top of our privacy policy). We encourage you to review our privacy policy whenever you access our services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Collection of your Information

DGL Factor Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.

Among the types of Personal Data that DGL Factor Application (an App) collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: 

• Registration information: When you register for an account, we collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide us with, except for your password. 

• Analytics: Usage Data; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example); geographic position.

• Information collected via voluntary activities: for example, when you communicate with us via email, or participate in surveys, we ask you to provide your email address and any Information you choose to provide to allow us to assist you. The Information we collect from you varies depending on the survey, but we typically ask you questions about your business, your opinion about different products and services and what you'd like to be offered in the future. 

• Information regarding your use of the App, such as App use information, interactions with our team.

• Information we receive from third party platforms: when you register through a third party account (such as Apple or Google), we receive Information which may include your username, email address, and profile picture.

• Push Notifications: we may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

• List of apartments and list of requests with detailed information for analysis by DGL Factor only.

• Third-Party Service Providers: To provide you with the best services possible, we also use third party service providers, which we entrust storing data, its collection and analysis. Data collected are anonymous usage data including crash reports. We believe that all third party service providers are important to our effective operation. They have their own Privacy Policies and their own conditions, whether to collect your data or opt-out from it. You can find details below.

How we use your personal Information

We use your Information to: Provide you with the Services. We will use your Information to perform our contractual obligation towards you to allow you to create an account and use the App. 

1. Improve and monitor the App. It is in our legitimate interests to improve our App for our members. When doing so, we may collect Information we automatically collect or is generated about you when you use the App, as well as non-personal Information about your device such as device manufacturer, model and operating system, and the amount of free space on your device.

2. Provide you with support and to respond to your requests or complaints. If you reach out to us for support, we will use your Information to respond to and resolve your queries and complaints and facilitate support. When doing so, we perform our contractual obligation towards you. The Information we process when doing so includes your registration information, your identifiers, and any other information about you collected via our customer support channels.

3. Conduct analytics. It is in our legitimate interests to analyze the use of, and any other interaction or interest in our App. When doing so we will process Information we automatically collect or is generated about you when you use the App to create anonymised and aggregated data regarding your App usage. We use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google Inc.) - Google Analytics for Firebase or Firebase Analytics is an analytics service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing - https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.  

4. Send you newsletters about product news that may be of interest to you. We will send you emails with daily reports, newsletters with product news, and tips and tricks to use our App. When doing so, we process your registration information. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time by emailing back with the unsubscribe request.

5. Conduct surveys and Interviews. From time to time, we may ask you to participate in surveys and Interviews we conduct which are in our legitimate interest because they help us understand our userbase and improve the App. If you participate, we process your registration information and any other Information collected through the survey questions.

6. Content performance and features testing (A/B testing) - Firebase Remote Config (Google Inc.). Firebase Remote Config is an A/B testing and configuration service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing - Privacy Policy.

 

Who we share your personal Information with

We share your Information with selected third parties, including:

• Vendors and service providers we rely on for the provision of the Services, for example:

• Cloud service providers who we rely on for data storage, including Google Cloud Firestore.

How long we store your Information

We'll store your information until you delete your account.

Children's Privacy

This App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
